Basketball Recap: Bloom Blazing Trojan vs. Thornton Wildcats
After losing to Thornton the last time they met, Bloom decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bloom Blazing Trojan walked away with a 58-49 victory over the Thornton Wildcats on Friday. Given the Blazing Trojan's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while the Wildcats are ranked 315th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
