Volleyball Recap: EPIC Academy Comes Up Short

EPIC Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Hubbard Greyhounds. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-18.

EPIC Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hubbard, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-4-2.

EPIC Academy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Islamic Foundation on the 9th. As for Hubbard, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Schurz on the 13th.
