After a string of three wins, Fargo North's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were outmatched by Horace and fell 103-73. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 83-69 back in December of 2024.

Fargo North's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Horace, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fargo North will venture away from home to face off against Grand Forks Central at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Grand Forks Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully Fargo North likes a good challenge. As for Horace, they will head out on the road to take on Sheyenne at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
