Boise faced Eagle in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Brave fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 3-2. The Brave have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Boise started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 14-25, 18-25, 25-18, 25-21, 15-6.
