Basketball Recap: Warden Skates Past Granger with Ease

There's no place like home for Warden, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They blew past the Granger Spartans, posting a 54-26 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Warden's win bumped their record up to 4-14. As for Granger, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-18 record this season.

Warden will square off against Mabton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Mabton's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 matchups. As for Granger, they will challenge Tri-Cities Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
