Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Polo). They enjoyed a cozy 69-55 win over Northland Christian on Monday. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 60-37 loss the last time these two teams met.

Northland Christian's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Roman Carlson, who en route to 23 points and seven rebounds, and Creed Carlson, who to rack up 13 points. Roman is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last three games he's played.

The victory got Polo back to even at 6-6. As for Northland Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Polo nor Northland Christian have any future games scheduled.
