Volleyball Recap: Lily Maguire's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Atlantic Coast over Tocoi Creek + How To Watch

Atlantic Coast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Tocoi Creek Toros. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Stingrays of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Atlantic Coast's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lily Maguire, who had 12 digs and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Guilia Moraes, who had 13 digs and two assists.

Atlantic Coast's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Tocoi Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Atlantic Coast has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Creekside on the 3rd. As for Tocoi Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Menendez on the 4th.
