Mountain Vista got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cal Baskind out in front who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Baskind is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 18 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jacob Hoefs, who scored 16 points along with six assists and two blocks.
Smoky Hill's victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Mountain Vista, they pushed their record up to 21-4 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home.
