Basketball Recap: Geneseo Takes a Loss

Geneseo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 42-34 to the Livonia Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Devils of the 45-18 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Geneseo's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Livonia, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Geneseo has already played their next contest (against Caledonia-Mumford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Livonia will look to defend their home court on Friday against Haverling at 7:00 p.m.
