Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity's tournament run continued when they took on Northeastern on Saturday. The Shamrocks fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Shamrocks couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Trinity has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6-1 record this season. As for Northeastern, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-8-2 record this season.

Trinity will be playing at home against Reading at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northeastern, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Central Dauphin on the 2nd.
