Highland extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Jordan Steele. The Highland Trojans had just enough and edged the Culver Academies Eagles out 56-53 thanks to Steele, who almost dropped a double-double with 35 points and nine steals. Her afternoon made it nine games in a row in which she has scored at least 21 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Addyson Figueroa, who posted two points and three steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Highland's win bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Culver Academies, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-6.

Looking ahead, Highland will face off against Columbia City at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Columbia City will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Highland surely won't give up without a fight. Culver Academies does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
