Volleyball Recap: Tempe Comes Up Short

Tempe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Prescott Badgers, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-11.

Noah Hernandez was nothing short of spectacular for Prescott: he had 15 digs and five aces. Those five aces gave Hernandez a new career-high.

Tempe's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Prescott, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

Tempe has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Camelback on the 9th. As for Prescott, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Lee Williams on the 11th.
