Softball Recap: Mount Juliet Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Mount Juliet Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-1 to the Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-1 back in March.

Mount Juliet Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, with the victory, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-14.

Looking ahead, Mount Juliet Christian Academy will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Nashville Christian at 4:00 p.m. The Saints' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.2 runs per game this season. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Donelson Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
