Everything went their way against Pendleton County as Bourbon County made off with a 39-14 win. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Bourbon County's zero-point performance the match before.
Meanwhile, Lloyd Memorial unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They were outmatched by Lexington Catholic at home and fell 41-0. Having soared to a lofty 50 points in the game before, Lloyd Memorial couldn't push the score so high this time.
Lloyd Memorial's loss came about despite a quality game from Isaiah Sebastian, who rushed for 110 yards on only 15 carries.
Finally capturing their first win of the season, Bourbon County advanced to 1-6. Having lost for the first time this season, Lloyd Memorial fell to 7-1.
