Soccer Recap: Northside's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Two

While Northside's victory against Shelby County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rams never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-3 back in March.

Northside's one-goal win came courtesy of Serenity Pate, who's now up to seven this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Northside and bumps their season record up to 9-6. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Shelby County, they dropped their record down to 3-7-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Northside nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
