Basketball Recap: Citronelle Comes Up Short

Citronelle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 57-29 loss at the hands of the LeFlore Rattlers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 46-29 on January 3rd.

Kaiden Turner was Citronelle's leading scorer, having posted eight points.

Citronelle's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for LeFlore, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-15.

Citronelle will venture away from home to challenge St. Paul's Episcopal at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. LeFlore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
