Preview: West Milford vs. Fair Lawn
Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Fair Lawn should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They take on West Milford at 6:30 PM. Fair Lawn come in off of four low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
Things haven't been easy for Fair Lawn, and their match last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to four. They fell to Indian Hills 8-21.
Meanwhile, West Milford didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 19-25 to Wayne Valley last Friday. This makes it the second loss in a row for West Milford.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
