The Inland Lakes Bulldogs will face off against the Hillman Tigers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Hillman's offense is going to have their work cut out for them  on Friday: Inland Lakes hadn't allowed a single  point the last four times they've hit the field. The Bulldogs blew past Holton, posting  a  48-0 win.
Meanwhile, Hillman put another one in the bag  on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past Baldwin to the tune of  53-14. That 39 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.
Inland Lakes better keep an eye on  Eddie Prue. He was instrumental in Hillman's win, rushing for 178 yards and three  TDs on only 13 carries. Prue's longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. The team also got some help courtesy of  Xavier Nichols, who threw for 101 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only six passes.
 Hillman was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 317  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.
 Hillman didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Prue and  Evan Crane. Hillman got some further help from  Chris Shiffer: he picked up  two  sacks and made five total tackles.
 Inland Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Hillman, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-0.
 Inland Lakes was taken down by Hillman 58-8 in their previous meeting  back in October of 2017. Can the Bulldogs avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
