Lake Forest Academy is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Regina Dominican: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Lake Forest Academy blew Regina Dominican out of the water with a 47-20 final score. The Caxys pushed the score to 42-17 by the end of the third, a deficit the Panthers had little chance of recovering from.

Meanwhile, Ida Crown Jewish Academy waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 46-20 victory. The Aces have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 26 points or more this season.

Lake Forest Academy better focus on containing Daria Lennon and Talia Linzer as the pair were huge in Ida Crown Jewish Academy's win. Lennon posted 15 points, while Linzer had 13 points. Lennon continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Lake Forest Academy's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Ida Crown Jewish Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
