Glenbrook had already won two in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They never let the Captain Shreve Gators get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The Apaches have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gators, too.

Glenbrook now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Captain Shreve, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Glenbrook will host Calvin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Captain Shreve, they will challenge Logansport at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
