Football Recap: Westran Takes a Loss

Westran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 44-14 defeat at the hands of Crest Ridge/Chilhowee. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Crest Ridge/Chilhowee apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Although Westran took the loss, they still got scores from Gage Adler and Dayon Williams-Sunderland.

Westran's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Crest Ridge/Chilhowee, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Westran didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 32-20 loss against Clark County on the 17th. Crest Ridge/Chilhowee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
