Jacksonville scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 90-76 bruising from the Maumelle Hornets. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while the Hornets are ranked 11th).

Jacksonville's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Maumelle, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5.

Looking ahead, Jacksonville will welcome Beebe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maumelle, they are taking a road trip to challenge Sylvan Hills at 7:00 p.m. on February 14th.
