Volleyball Recap: Long Beach Poly Extends Home Winning Streak to Ten

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Long Beach Poly had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Windward Wildcats by a score of 3-1. Winning may never get old, but the Jackrabbits sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-19, 18-25, 25-17.

Long Beach Poly pushed their record up to 32-8 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. As for Windward, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 28-8.

Coming up, Long Beach Poly will square off against San Marino at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will roll in looking for their 18th straight win, something the Jackrabbits surely won't give up without a fight. Windward does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
