Softball Recap: Braxton County Comes Up Short

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Braxton County will head out to square off against Roane County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.75 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Clay County, they are taking a road trip to face off against Calhoun at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Devils have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.13 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
