While Clinton put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Fairfield Central. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Griffins with a sharp 12-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won eight matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The win was the sixth in a row for Clinton, bringing their record up to 13-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Fairfield Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clinton will square off against Laurens at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Raiders have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Fairfield Central, they will take on Newberry at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
