Jemez Valley is 8-1 against Legacy Academy since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Jemez Valley Warrior will head out to face off against the Legacy Academy Silverbacks at 2:00 p.m. Jemez Valley is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Jemez Valley beat Wingate 50-45.

Meanwhile, Legacy Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy on Thursday, taking the game 47-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Silverbacks.

Jemez Valley is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Legacy Academy, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5.

Everything came up roses for Jemez Valley against Legacy Academy when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as the squad secured a 53-17 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jemez Valley since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
