Viewmont won the last time they faced Roy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings put the hurt on the Royals with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Viewmont was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 25-16.

Their offense was headlined by Matt Welsh and Carson Tovey, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Dallin Lether and his 14 assists. Welsh was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Viewmont's record now sits at 10-5. As for Roy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Viewmont has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Clearfield on the 10th. Roy has also already played their next contest (against Northridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
