Volleyball Recap: Donovan Catholic Takes a Loss

Donovan Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Barnegat Bengals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Griffins of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Donovan Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Barnegat, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Donovan Catholic will square off against Jackson Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Barnegat, they will challenge Liberty at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
