Soccer Recap: Georgetown Comes Up Short

Georgetown was the 3-0 winner over Aynor when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Blue Jackets by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Georgetown have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Aynor, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-7 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Georgetown will head out to face off against Andrews at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Aynor, they will venture away from home to challenge Pee Dee Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
