For the second straight game, Frisco will face off against Independence. The Raccoons will host the Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Frisco is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

Independence will be up against a hot Frisco squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Raccoons came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Knights.

Frisco's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Nickson, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Another was Jorge Villareal, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Frisco's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Independence, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.
