San Juan Diego Catholic entered their tilt with IDEA Kyle on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Knights.

Ava M?dica Strother paced San Juan Diego Catholic's offense, picking up six kills. Strother also shared the team's lead in assists with Ava Benavidez: they picked up four each. Strother was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

San Juan Diego Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Coming up, San Juan Diego Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Valor South Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for IDEA Kyle, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Valor North Austin at 6:45 p.m. on September 19.
