Eisenhower had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Cadets who were credited with the win. The Eisenhower Cadets got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the West Valley Rams's four. This was a revenge game for Eisenhower: when they faced off against West Valley back in September, they had to take a 2-2 loss.

Hadley Hanchett and Briana Montes scored both of Eisenhower's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Eisenhower's victory bumped their record up to 8-4-2. As for West Valley, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.
