Volleyball Recap: Bad Axe Comes Up Short

Bad Axe lost against Birch Run back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hatchets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16.

Bad Axe's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Birch Run, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4-1.

Coming up, Bad Axe will welcome Cass City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Birch Run, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Nouvel Catholic Central on the 13th.
