Basketball Recap: Tussey Mountain Titans vs. Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers
Tussey Mountain and Berlin Brothersvalley squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Tussey Mountain had to settle for second. They came up short against the Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers, falling 68-47. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Mountaineers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Leading Berlin Brothersvalley to victory were McKelvey Foor and Carson Janidlo. Foor went 8-for-18 to rack up 20 points and three steals, while Janidlo almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Foor has become a key player for Berlin Brothersvalley: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 20 points, but 7-11 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Haydon Hutzell, who posted six points and five boards.
