It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Medina can now relate to. They fell just short of the Lafayette Generals by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Medina's loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Aidan Papaj, who's now up to 15 this season.

Medina's defeat dropped their record down to 16-3. As for Lafayette, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2-1 record this season.

Medina does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lafayette, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Griffith Institute on the 30th.
