Volleyball Recap: University Academy Charter Takes a Loss

University Academy Charter's tournament run continued when they took on Maryville on Saturday. The Gryphons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spoofhounds. The Gryphons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

University Academy Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-1. As for Maryville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-5.

Looking ahead, University Academy Charter is taking a road trip to take on East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maryville, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Helias on the 27th.
