Basketball Game Preview: Fox Creek Predators vs. American Leadership Academy Patriots

The Fox Creek Predators will venture away from home to take on the American Leadership Academy Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Fox Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65 points per game this season.

Last Saturday, Fox Creek came up short against Grovetown and fell 60-50.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Kobe Sims, who posted 16 points. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brelan Baskett, who scored 11 points.

Meanwhile, American Leadership Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 80-77 heartbreaker at the hands of North. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (62), the Patriots still had to take the loss.

American Leadership Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Fox Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Fox Creek didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against American Leadership Academy when the teams last played on Friday, but they still walked away with a 68-62 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fox Creek since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
