Football Recap: Eastlake Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Thursday just wasn't the day for Eastlake's offense. The matchup between the Titans and the Castle Park Trojans didn't end well, with the Titans falling 19-0. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 173rd, while the Trojans are ranked 38th).

LEILANI ROCHE had a dynamite game For Castle Park., rushing for 55 yards and a pair of scores, while also throwing for 75 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of her passes.

This is the second loss in a row for Eastlake and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Castle Park, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Eastlake will square off against El Capitan at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Vaqueros' defense has only allowed ten points per game this season, so the Titans' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Castle Park, they will head out to take on Valhalla at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
