Soccer Game Preview: Seaholm vs. Bloomfield Hills + How To Watch

The Seaholm Maples will square off against the Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Seaholm is headed into Saturday's matchup following a draw, the team's first since August 26. They and Lake Orion finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Bloomfield Hills entered their tilt with Stoney Creek on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. Given Bloomfield Hills' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Stoney Creek are ranked 99th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seaholm's draw makes their record 9-4-3 this season. As for Bloomfield Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2-1.

Seaholm took their win against Bloomfield Hills in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 5-1 score. Will the Maples repeat their success, or do the Black Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
