Basketball Recap: Boling Takes a Loss

After flying high against Louise last Friday, Boling came back down to earth. The Boling Bulldogs fell just short of the Weimar Wildcats by a score of 34-31 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since February 2nd.

Boling has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Weimar, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.

Boling will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on McMullen County at 12:00 p.m. on December 27th. Weimar will take on Ganado in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at.
