Basketball Recap: South Walton Comes Up Short

If South Walton was feeling good fresh off their 72-47 takedown of Fort Walton Beach last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The South Walton Seahawks took a 53-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mosley Dolphins. The Seahawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dolphins earlier this season, when they won 38-36.

South Walton's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Mosley, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8.

South Walton will host Bay at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mosley, they will head out to square off against Leon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
