Volleyball Recap: West Johnston Wildcats vs. Hunt Warriors        
        
		
             West Johnston won the last time they faced Hunt, and things went their way  on Tuesday too. The West Johnston Wildcats came out on top against the Hunt Warriors by a score of  3-1. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Wildcats.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 18-25,  25-17.
 West Johnston's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Landis Williams, who  had 21  digs and two  aces. The team also got some help courtesy of  Paige Brown, who  had nine  digs.
 Defeat or not, Hunt got some senior leadership from  Paige Mathews and  Dakota Wilkins.  Mathews  had 20  digs, while  Wilkins  had 12  digs. Those 12  digs set a new season-high mark for  Wilkins.
 West Johnston has  been performing  well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 13 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record  this season. As for Hunt, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.
 West Johnston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  defeat against South Johnston on the 16th. Hunt does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
