Volleyball Recap: Marshfield Comes Up Short

If Marshfield was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Plymouth South on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams lost 3-0 to the Pembroke Titans on Wednesday. The Rams have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Marshfield's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Pembroke, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Marshfield will venture away from home to take on Braintree at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pembroke, they will face off against East Bridgewater at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
