Spencer piles up the points against Kendrick

Recap: Spencer Greenwave vs. Kendrick Cherokees

The Spencer Greenwave can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They breezed by Kendrick on the road to the tune of 68-16. With Spencer ahead 42-9 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Spencer's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alexandria Berk, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. Berk is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Naomi Berk, who scored 19 points along with four steals.

Spencer's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-6. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37.33 points. As for Kendrick, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spencer's road trip will continue as they head out to face Rutland at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. As for Kendrick, they will square off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Central is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games.
