Volleyball Recap: Sun Valley Takes a Loss

Sun Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Harriton Rams.

Sun Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-23.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harriton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lara Medvedovsky, who had nine digs. Those nine digs gave Medvedovsky a new career-high.

Sun Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Harriton, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Sun Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Downingtown East on the 29th. As for Harriton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Strath Haven on the 29th.
