Football Recap: Harborfields Comes Up Short

Harborfields lost against Eastport-South Manor back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The matchup between the Tornadoes and the Sharks didn't end well, with the Tornadoes falling 31-14. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harborfields' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Eastport-South Manor, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Harborfields is set to challenge their familiar foe Half Hollow Hills West at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Eastport-South Manor will face off against rival Westhampton Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
