New Hampshire High School Football Rankings

Who's up and who's down

You might not recognize the power rankings this week after a busy last week rearranged the teams a whole lot. We'll dive into that and more in this week's report.

No Stoppin 'Em

Nashua South and Keene went up, up, and away last week as they combined for the highest point total (74) among all power ranked teams. Nashua South picked up a decisive 'W' against Keene, finishing up at 60 - 14. As a result, Nashua South rose one spot in the power rankings.

Movin on Up

It was onward and upward for Hollis-Brookline this week as the team hoisted itself up nine places in the power rankings -- the largest rise of the week -- after their most recent game. The final score between it and ConVal was a 42 - 0 blowout in Hollis-Brookline's favor. Hollis-Brookline did have the odds in its favor, but the team did even better than the MaxPreps state rankings indicated.

Next Week's Big Game

The big showdown in the power rankings this week is between Londonderry (5th in the power rankings) and Pinkerton (1st). Both teams are entering with last-week wins under their belts. Only one team will win this week, so we'll find out which team fails to repeat its success.
