Softball Recap: Granite Falls Takes a Loss

Granite Falls fell victim to Cedar Park Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 11-0. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Granite Falls now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cedar Park Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Granite Falls wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 22-5 loss against Kingston on the 12th. As for Cedar Park Christian, they will take on South Whidbey at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Falcons have averaged an impressive 10 runs per game this season.
