Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Saint Mary's Hall). They took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging an 85-27 win over the Great Hearts Northern Oaks Griffins. The victory was just business as usual for the Barons, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.

Saint Mary's Hall's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Isabella (Beya) Chase led the charge by going 12-for-22 on her way to 28 points in addition to seven boards and five assists. Chase's afternoon made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Ava Wineglass, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Saint Mary's Hall smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Saint Mary's Hall's record now sits at 10-0. As for Great Hearts Northern Oaks, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Saint Mary's Hall and Great Hearts Northern Oaks will both be playing Southside the next time they take the court. The Barons will head out to face the Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Griffins will head out to face them at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
