Lakeside has gone a perfect 10-0 against Kootenai recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Knights will be playing at home against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Lakeside will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Lakeside will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Genesis Prep Academy, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Knights put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lakeside was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-10, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Kootenai didn't have quite enough to beat Genesis Prep Academy on Monday and fell 3-2.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Kootenai sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 11-25, 25-21, 14-25, 18-16.

Kootenai's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Lakeside, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Lakeside took their win against Kootenai when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
